24-7 Couriers operate a fleet of vans, we would expect to be able to collect from your premises in the West Midlands Area within 20-50 minutes of your telephoned or faxed instructions during our normal working day (0800 to 1700 hours). Out of office hours, our response time would be between 30 and 90 minutes from receiving your instructions to collection being affected.

For remote pickups, i.e. collecting outside Birmingham, Coventry, Hereford, Derby, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Telford, Dudley, aera for delivery back into these aera or for forwarding to another town or city our response time will depend on individual circumstances. We will always be able to give you an accurate estimate of a collection time for a remote pickup and in many instances will be able to offer you alternatives, either despatching one of our own operatives or using an associate company in the pickup area.

As we are part of a biggest courier network in the UK & Europe, We are able to collect and deliver from anywhere in the UK.

1) Motorcycles. For documents and smaller items with a maximum weight of 10kg.
2) Parcel Cars. For boxes or documents too big for a bike but will fit in the boot of a car or estate.
3) Small Vans. Any items up to a maximum of 450kg with dimensions not exceeding 1.5m x 1m x 1m.
4) Midi Vans. Any items up to a maximum of 700kg with dimensions not exceeding 1.7m x 1.15m x 1.2m.
5) Transits. For large items, pallets etc up to a maximum of 1400kg & maximum length of 4 metres.
6) Lorry. Larger vehicles available upon request. Please phone for availability.

Company operatives have Identity Badges, 24-7 Couriers uniforms and two-way communications. This facility enables us to constantly monitor the progress of your deliveries and to amend any delivery or collection details on your instruction.

We will notify you of safe delivery of your consignment within minutes of it being delivered, telling you the name of the person who signed for the delivery and the time delivery was made. This is an automatic service and is offered at no extra cost. Should you require a copy of the actual delivery sheet this can be faxed to you as soon as it is available, again no charge is made for this service.

Our control centre staff have over 5 years experience in the courier industry and are always happy to advise on the most cost effective means of delivery for each and every consignment taking into account the destination, type of consignment, urgency of delivery and any special instructions you may have.
